How do I submit a customer support request?

We have lots of ways our customers can get help or lodge a request, including by phone, Live Chat,  or by submitting a request online.

You can lodge a quick online request using the ‘Submit a Request’ button above.

We have recently launched a new Customer Portal within builder.lightningsites.com. The Customer Portal is a great way to track progress and have visibility over all your current requests. Here you can also assign to a particular department, set the priority of the request and more.

Did you know as well as accessing our new Customer Portal in our Lightning Builder app you can also view hundreds of web page designs, use them for inspiration or to build new web pages, and even design a whole new website project. It’s easy and free to use.
